Wooden Stool Drawing

This wooden stool project was somewhat fun to draw. It was quite hard though because the way the light hit it and from where you were sitting altered the way yours looked from others. It was kind of a fun project to do but it was also pretty hard. Getting the curves and the lines and everything that the wood work had was pretty hard to define too. Overall it was pretty fair (easy) to do.

Skeleton Drawing

This project wasn't too bad to do. It was kinda hard because of just shading and get the shape of it down. It was fun getting your hands dirty doing it (because of shading). Really just drawing the shape and getting that to look good was the hardest part about this project. It took a while to get the shading down right just because you had to mix the colors good and get the white and black to blend evenly together. Overall though, it was a pretty fun piece of artwork to do!

Line Expression Drawing

This project was actually pretty fun to do. It didn't take too long to do it either. It was fun to do and enjoyed doing it. You could choose from a various range of choices to draw and mess around with the subject to make it like you personally. I enjoyed drawing this project!

Text Abstraction 1

1. I think this piece was fun to do because we got to paint and do whatever we wanted to do.

2. I think this piece was very successful and fun to do!

3. I think this piece worked because you got to paint whatever you wanted and do it how you wanted to.

4. I think if I were to do this project over again I would have chosen different designs and not just letters or numbers to use.

5. There wasn't really a difficult part about this it just took time and effort to do.

6. I learned how to paint I guess better.

Text Collage

1. I thought this piece was actually kind of boring to do and took too long to do.

2. I think this piece was somewhat successful in a way. It was really boring to do.

3. I think the only thing that worked about this piece was just looking at newspapers and magazines.

4. I don't think I would want to do this project over again but if I did I would just have added more color on it.

5. The difficult part of this project was how long it took and there wasn't really anything fun about it.

6. I learned how to cut words and lines out of papers really. It wasn't very fun to do.

Skeleton Drawing

1. I think this piece was very fun to do and took a lot of skill also.

2. I think this piece was successful and even though it took time it was fun to do.

3. I think what worked about this project was the part about drawing the character on the left.

4. If I were to do this project over again I would probably keep the same character just take more time on it to make it look perfect.

5. The difficult part about this was doing the skeleton part about it. I was hard to draw what you think the bones would look like.

6. I learned how to draw the skeleton of any character.

Water Color

1. I thought this piece was very fun to do!

2. I think this piece was very successful and it was very fun to do because you got to work with water colors.

3. The thing that worked about this piece was that you got to work with paint and color and got to make whatever you wanted to.

4. If I were to do this project over again all I would do is probably change the yellow on this piece that has a smiley face on it. The color was too light and made the paper peel underneath it.

5. There wasn't really a difficult piece about this.

6. I learned how to mix paint and water to make it look good.

Text Collage

1. I think this project was okay to do. It wasn't really fun but it wasn't really boring either.
2. This piece was kind of successful to do. It took a long time to do and it didn't really interest me too much to want to do it again.
3. I don't think this project really worked because it was just really boring and took way too long of a time.
4. I wouldn't really want to do this project over again but if I had to I would take more time to do it and care more about the project.
5. The most difficult part of this song was that it was super boring and I couldn't get into it and like it very much. Really the only difficult part of this project was that it took a long time to cut words out and images and paste them down and make it look good. Also, having class the last hour of the day, there weren't very many words that you could lose and almost every page of a newspaper or a magazine was destroyed.
6. I didn't learn a whole lot of this project because all we did was cut and paste words down on a piece of paper.

1. I think this project was very fun to do! You got to draw and paint all in one!

2. I think this piece was very successful because it was easy to do and didn't take very long to do.

3. I think this project worked all around there wasn't really a moment when it didn't work.

4. If I had to do this project over again I probably would of just done a different background.

5. There wasn't really a difficult part about this project and was all very easy and fun.

6. There was really nothing that I learned from this project but it was still very fun to do. I would love to do this again.

White and Black Letter Painting

1. My thoughts about this piece is that it was fun to draw the letters and be able to paint them to make them look cooler.

2. I think this piece was successful but I believe that I could have done it better!

3. I think being able to paint them made the letters made it look better than just drawing it.

4. I would have taken longer and tried harder to make it look better.

5. Really the only thing that was hard about this project was drawing the letters and coming up with about 3 different letters to draw and paint.

6. I learned how to draw within the lines.

Interior Designer

• An art related career that I chose was Interior Designing. I have always liked Interior Designing for a long time and I always used to look at Interior Designing magazines and draw skectches of rooms too! So, that is what lead to me choosing Interior Designing for my Art Career.  
• The average yearly salary for Interior Desinging really depends on how skilled you are. If you own your own interior designing business then you can make anywhere from $51,000-$100,000. If you are just starting out then you can make anywhere from $22,000-$40,000. If you are very skilled you can make at least 6 figures  year.
• With an Interior Designing Degree you can renovate rooms and design rooms.
• You have to go to college for at least 2-4 years for a degree in Interior Designing.
• You can work by yourself or you can work along side other people. If you work in a business you can work along side other coworkers or just work independtaly on your own.
• I have always considered Interior Designing as a 2nd plan for falling back on if I didn't become an English Teacher!

Doodle Assignment

1. I think this project was very fun to do and I had a great time doing this project!

4. I wouldnt do this project over again becuase I think I did it very good the first time.
5. This piece was really difficiult at all to do. But the only thing that was difficult to do besides drawing the shapes and objects was thinking about what to draw for it.
